These healthy protein pancakes are quick to throw together and are healthy and delicious. Pancakes these easy to make should be cooked daily!
Ingredients
- 1 large banana ( ⅓ to ½ cup mashed)
- 2 eggs
- ⅛ teaspoon baking powder
- 4 tablespoons Cookies n’ Cream Whey Protein Powder
Directions
- Combine mashed bananas and two eggs. Whisk in dry ingredients
- Place a medium skillet over medium heat on the stove and spray with non-stick cooking spray
- Cook the pancakes for 25-30 seconds before flipping and letting the other side cook
- Remove to plate and serve with your favorite toppings
