Hydrate Ingredients

Amino Acids
Hydrate has 11 amino acids, including essential AA’s and 3 Branched Chain Amino Acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine). Amino Acids are the building blocks of protein, which means they can replenish the protein lost in strenuous exercise, combat fatigue, and promote energy, so you can push yourself longer and harder while supporting lean muscle growth.

Cluster Dextrin
Cluster Dextrin is a great source of carbohydrates that provide energy while exercising. It supplies a sustained release of energy without causing a sudden spike in blood sugar. It also passes through your stomach faster than other carbohydrate supplements, making it more readily available for your body to burn as energy.

Glucose
Clinical Literature shows that Glucose helps sodium get through the intestinal wall into the bloodstream. It’s called the Sodium-Glucose Transport. We’ve added just enough Glucose to allow this to happen. It opens the gate for water, zinc, potassium and magnesium to get through for faster rehydration. This is the glucose block!

Electrolytes
For proper hydration, we need to replenish both fluids and essential electrolytes, including sodium, magnesium, calcium, potassium and more.

Vitamin C
In one stick pack, feel the benefits of 1.5x the amount of Vitamin C in an orange that will support your bones, cartilage, and immune system.

Vitamins B6 & B12
B6 and B12 are the best B vitamins for energy. Methylated B12 specifically helps convert fat and protein to energy, while B6 supports muscle repair, sustained energy, and aids in brain and nerve function.
Recovery Ingredients

Amino Acids
Recovery provides all 9 essential amino acids, including BCAAs leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Leucine is thought to have the biggest impact on your body’s capacity to build muscle, while isoleucine and valine are more effective at producing energy and regulating your blood sugar levels.

Rhodiola
Also known as the “golden root,” has been used throughout history to enhance mental and physical endurance. It does this by increasing your red blood cell count and reducing oxidative damage. Increased red blood cells carry more oxygen to muscles, which can improve performance and delay fatigue.

Astragalus
Astragalus is one of the 50 fundamental herbs that’s been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for centuries. It has powerful antioxidant properties that inhibit free radical production that damages cells during intense exercise. It can aid in recovery both during and after exercise.

Tart Cherry
Tart cherries, also known as sour, dwarf or Montmorency cherries, have become increasingly popular. Tart cherry helps with post workout recovery, fights inflammation, and has been shown to reduce joint and muscle pain.

Magnesium
Magnesium is an important mineral, playing a role in over 300 enzyme reactions in the human body. Its many functions include helping with muscle and nerve function, regulating blood pressure, and supporting the immune system.

Citrapeak
CitraPeak is a clinically studied citrus peel extract that functions as a preworkout it is highly bioavailable so you can experience benefits within 30 minutes of use. It helps increase circulation, which boosts energy and increases physical output.
