Why are amino acids so important?

Amino Acids have been extensively researched on enhancing muscle support, fat loss, athletic performance and reduction of post exercise fatigue among other health benefits.
These 9 essential amino acids must come from diet and/or supplementation, since the body cannot make them. Athletes and active lifestyle people have been using the 3 BCAA’s for quite some time, as they skip the normal digestive process and quickly become available in the muscle to be used as energy but also to aid in muscle repair, building and recovery.
It’s crucial to consistently feed the muscles with amino’s during your sporting event or workout. I never understood why do we wait til after competing or exercising that we replenish the muscles.
BCAA’s also act as hydration supplements. They were found to rehydrate cells better then an electrolyte-carbohydrate or flavored water beverage after suffering about a 2% loss of body water.
Due to Amino Acids powerful health benefits mentioned above, it was impossible to even consider leaving them out of the Hydration formula. -

When is the best time to consume LivPur Hydrate?
Our recommendation is to drink 1–2 stick packs of LivPur Hydrate per day with 500 mL (approximately 20 oz) water when not exercising.
