  • Why are amino acids so important?

  • When is the best time to consume LivPur Energy?

    You can take LivPür Energy any time of day, but to prevent interrupted sleep, it’s best to treat your Energy powder as you would any other type of caffeinated beverage and avoid drinking it too late in the day.

    When using your Energy powder as a preworkout, mix and drink 30 minutes before you begin your workout.

  • When is the best time to consume LivPur Recovery?

    You can take LivPür Recovery any time of day, but for best results, we recommend taking your Recovery stick pack with 500 mL water right after your workout.

  • When is the best time to consume LivPur Hydrate?

    Our general recommendation is to drink 1–2 stick packs of LivPür Hydrate per day with 500 mL water when not exercising.

    When exercising, you should use additional hydration strategies. It’s important to begin the hydration process before water/electrolytes are lost. This “pre-hydration” helps ensure you are hydrated and within the normal plasma electrolyte levels.

    Our general recommendation is to drink LivPür Hydrate with 500 mL water 30 minutes before exercise.

    During exercise, fluid and electrolyte replacement is the goal. This prevents excessive dehydration and electrolyte loss that will decrease performance and cause muscle strength and endurance to be lessened. A general guideline is to consume 250 mL water mixed with LivPür Hydrate every 30 minutes during intense exercise. (Remember that this amount will depend on body size, temperature of the exercise environment, and intensity of the training).
