Shipping + Return Policies

LIVPUR currently ships orders to all 50 states.

LIVPUR offers free standard shipping (3-6 business days) on orders over $50, including Subscribe + Save orders. Orders under $50 are subject to a standard shipping fee of $7.99. Additional shipping charges and transit times apply to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. LIVPUR does not currently offer rush shipping.

LIVPUR processes orders M-F, typically within 24–48 hours once the order is placed. Standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after an order is shipped. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day.

If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, LIVPUR will do its best to accommodate changes. Contact info@livpur.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Because LIVPUR products are consumable goods, physical product returns are not accepted. If you experience an issue with your order, contact info@livpur.com within 30 days of purchase and provide your order number or valid receipt. See LIVPUR's full Return Policy for additional information.

No. The formula you know and love has not changed. You’re still getting the same LIVPUR Hydrate formula, ingredients, and great-tasting hydration.

As we’re transitioning to the new packaging, some flavors may move into the new packaging before others. As a result, you may receive a combination of old and new packaging in the same order. Rest assured, the product inside is the same.
