We currently only ship to the continental United States. We hope to expand in the future!
Once you place your order, our team works hard to process and ship it within 24–48 hours. Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days with standard shipping.
Please note: Our team takes weekends to recharge, so we’re closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed first thing Monday morning.
In the event Monday is a US Holiday, orders will be processed first thing Tuesday morning.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are consumable goods, we cannot accept physical returns. We recommend using 12-16 oz. of water to mix Hydrate and Energy sticks. You can increase or decrease the amount of water to customize your preferred intensity of taste and hydration.
Absolutely! Our Hydrate and Energy sticks taste amazing when added to other drinks.
Hydrate - before or during physical activity. 1 stick a day is recommended or 2 sticks a day if you’re experiencing extra dehydration.
Energy - before physical activity or as a caffeine boost when needed. 1 stick a day.
