Hydrate has 11 amino acids, including essential AA’s and 3 Branched Chain Amino Acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine). Amino Acids are the building blocks of protein, which means they can replenish the protein lost in strenuous exercise, combat fatigue, and promote energy, so you can push yourself longer and harder while supporting lean muscle growth.
Cluster Dextrin is a great source of carbohydrates that provide energy while exercising. It supplies a sustained release of energy without causing a sudden spike in blood sugar. It also passes through your stomach faster than other carbohydrate supplements, making it more readily available for your body to burn as energy.
Clinical Literature shows that Glucose helps sodium get through the intestinal wall into the bloodstream. It’s called the Sodium-Glucose Transport. We’ve added just enough Glucose to allow this to happen. It opens the gate for water, zinc, potassium and magnesium to get through for faster rehydration.
For proper hydration, we need to replenish both fluids and essential electrolytes, including sodium, magnesium, calcium, potassium and more.
In one stick pack, feel the benefits of 1.5x the amount of Vitamin C in an orange that will support your bones, cartilage, and immune system.
Vitamins B6 & B12
B6 and B12 are the best B vitamins for energy. Methylated B12 specifically helps convert fat and protein to energy, while B6 supports muscle repair, sustained energy, and aids in brain and nerve function.

Frequently Asked Hydrate Questions
Why LivPur Hydrate?
When plain water with electrolytes or sugary sports drinks aren’t enough, choose Hydrate. It’s a hydration powder drink with the right ratio of sodium, potassium, and magnesium, plus 11 amino acids to help you keep pushing. It stands out among the best hydrating drinks with a carefully selected three grams of glucose for rapid rehydration.
That’s not all. Super-effective drinks with electrolytes also require a small amount of cluster dextrin (a carb) to sustain those energy levels without spiking blood glucose. Packed with nutrients and naturally flavored, its performance, hydration, and immune support the average sugar-free electrolyte drink can’t claim.
What is the Sodium-Glucose Transport System?
Clinical Literature shows that Glucose helps sodium get through the intestinal wall into the bloodstream.
We’ve added just enough Glucose to allow this to happen. Now that Glucose has allowed Sodium to enter the bloodstream, it opens the gate for water, zinc, potassium and magnesium to get through for rehydration to occur faster.
Why are amino acids so important?
Hydrate includes 3.4 grams of Amino Acids including the 9 essential AA’s and 3 Branched Chain Amino Acids ( Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine). Amino Acids have been extensively researched on enhancing muscle support, fat loss, athletic performance and reduction of post exercise fatigue among other health benefits.
These 9 essential amino acids must come from diet and/or supplementation, since the body cannot make them. For some time now, athletes and others with active lifestyles have enjoyed the benefits of the three BCAAs. These amino acids skip the normal digestive process, making them available in the muscle faster, providing a source of energy and aiding in muscle repair, building and recovery.
It is crucial to consistently feed the muscles with Amino Acids during your sporting event or workout. I never understood why do we wait til after competing or exercising that we replenish the muscles.
BCAA’s also act as hydration supplements. They were found to rehydrate cells better then an electrolyte-carbohydrate or flavored water beverage after suffering about a 2% loss of body water.
Due to Amino Acids' powerful health benefits mentioned above, it was impossible to even consider leaving them out of the Hydration formula.
When is the best time to consume LivPur Hydrate?
Our recommendation is to drink 1–2 stick packs of LivPur Hydrate per day with 500 mL (approximately 20 oz) water when not exercising.
When exercising, you should use additional hydration strategies. It’s important to begin the hydration process before water/electrolytes are lost. This “pre-hydration” helps ensure you are hydrated and within the normal plasma electrolyte levels.
