Once you place your order, our team works hard to process and ship it within 24–48 hours.
Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days with standard shipping.

Please note: Our team takes weekends to recharge, so we’re closed on Saturdays and Sundays. 

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed first thing Monday morning. In the event Monday is a US Holiday, orders will be processed first thing Tuesday morning.

Free shipping promotions do not apply to Alaska or Hawaii unless otherwise stated.

Return Policy

We stand behind our products and if you are not satisfied with your purchase or experience an issue with your order, please contact us at info@livpur.com within 30 days of the purchase date and provide a valid order number.

We want you to share your input as to why you are contacting our team, so we can strive to improve your customer experience in the future.

Please note, we are not able to accept physical product returns, but our customer service team can evaluate issuing product replacement, store credits or refunds.  Free gifts and merchandise are not returnable or refundable. 

LIVPUR is not able to provide product replacement, store credits or refunds for purchases that can not be verified, samples or gift with purchase items are not eligible for return. LIVPUR may reject returns if there is prior abuse of policy, or LIVPUR determines it is suspicious or violates store policies.
