About LIVPUR
You can find LIVPUR online at livpur.com or on Amazon, and in select PGA Superstore locations. We recommend calling your local store ahead of time to confirm availability.
There are 15 individual sticks in each bag.
Each stick is a single serving.
Each stick is filled with our powder-based electrolyte drink mix, which you then tear open to pour and mix into water.
We recommend using 12-16 oz. of water to mix Hydrate and Energy sticks. You can increase or decrease the amount of water to customize your preferred intensity of taste and hydration.
Hydrate - before or during physical activity. 1 stick a day is recommended or 2 sticks a day if you’re experiencing extra dehydration.
Energy - before physical activity or as a caffeine boost when needed. 1 stick a day.

We currently only ship to the continental United States. We hope to expand in the future!
Once you place your order, our team works hard to process and ship it within 24–48 hours. Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days with standard shipping.
Please note: Our team takes weekends to recharge, so we’re closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed first thing Monday morning.
In the event Monday is a US Holiday, orders will be processed first thing Tuesday morning.
